JOB TITLE:  Sales Coordinator
EMPLOYER: Equipment dealer company

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales representatives for all clarification;
• Preparing/controlling of weekly monthly reports;
• Follow up all current, uncompleted and planned sales proposals;
• Preparation of quotations, calculations for clients;
• To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices to our customers as required. 
• To meet customers on our premises to discuss their requirements.
• To maintain good relations with our customers
• To maintain an efficient working environment.
• To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and the customer.
• Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required including working extra hours if required to ensure company business objectives are met.


Requirements:

• Technical/mathematical university degree (preferably);
• Language skills- Azeri, English, Russian (preferably);
• Computer skills (MS Office);
• Experience in similar job for 3-5 years;
• Sound understanding of marketing principles.
• A good standard of numeracy is required to ensure accuracy of quotations
• Enthusiastic, hard working, well-organised and able to prioritise
• Able to meet deadlines – self-starter.
• Able to work with others, and willing to contribute to team
• Good technical, managing, communication and organization skills;
• Driving licence (preferably);
• Technical knowledge of construction equipment (preferably);
