For the new 42 boutique room design and business hotel Chiraq Plaza in Baku with international management and standards, we are looking for an experienced and motivated

Sales Manager –Lady

Preliminary experience in a sales department of a business hotel or Business Centre (must !)

Your mission is to proudly market and represent the hotel and high class business centre locally, to continuously identify business opportunities and to lead the sales team to become the most successful and profitable 4-star property in Baku. Ensure that all aspects of Sales & Marketing function together to secure the maximum in revenues and guest satisfaction as well as meet the set targets for retention growth and profitability while positioning the hotel as the first option in the business market segment. To live and teach the hotel’s philosophy and to provide know-how to all employees of the Chirag Plaza  and to the sales team will be essential in your daily task operations.

Your tasks

 Provide Sales & Marketing leadership and expertise, analyze and evaluate resources that are necessary to achieve top line revenues in accordance with our company philosophy to be the best 4-star property as Hotel and Business Centre in Baku.
 Be an early warning resource so that management can address potential problems well in advance and re-strategize if needed.
 Be an active and proud representative in the local community.
 Identify rental opportunities of office space and forward the contacts to the General Director of the Chirag Plaza.
 Achieve and maintain high awareness in the feeder markets.
 Enhance operations by providing profound Sales & Marketing leadership, building a trusted working environment internally and across organizational boundaries.
 Build a constant flow of business for the mid and long term.

We expect

 Graduate in Sales & Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
 Preliminary experience in a sales department of a business hotel or Business Centre. ( must ! )

 Ability to think creatively, strategically and analytically.
 Strong knowledge of Business industry, corporate, conventions and meeting markets including customer segmentation, distribution systems and negotiation.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to utilize them effectively in Russian, Azeri, English with guests, peers and associates.
 Ability to work under stressful conditions and balance multiple commitments simultaneously.
 Be the living sample for your team, in terms of attitude, motivation and interaction with customers.
 Understanding of budgetary responsibility within the department.
 Familiarity with all operational areas of the property.
