POSITION DETAILS

Title:    Office Manager
Department:   General Management
Position Type:  Full-time

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness.

JOB DUTIES

• Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure filing systems are maintained and accurate
• Control incoming and outgoing correspondences
• Ensure security and confidentiality of data
• Design and control implementation of office policies and procedures
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
• Collecting, analyzing and delivering timely and accurate information within various tasks and projects
• Translation of documents, preparation of presentation materials
• Liaise with agencies and organizations

Education & Experience

• University Degree
• Up to 2-3 years of working experience in international environment/relevant field
• Relevant training and qualification
