Job Title: Training Coordinator
Reports to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to all training inquiries, interview potential clients to assess needs and market services
• Produce flyers, write news releases, public service announcements
• Supervise mailing, faxing, and electronic mailing of all promotional materials
• Develop, revise and implement custom and standard training packages including presentations, role plays, handouts, manuals, exercises, and other resource materials
• Set training fees and write training proposals
• Schedule trainings and secure training sites
• Supervise registration lists, confirmation letters to trainees and trainers
• Develop/revise and keep current all training manuals and materials
• Supervise/maintain all files pertaining to training contracts and course offerings, including registration lists, payment rosters, cost revenue reports, invoicing, and relevant data bases
• Review incoming invoices, authorize payments
Core Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent communication, both written and oral, and presentation skills.
• Strong PC skills to include proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate related computer software and business equipment including 10-key, telephone, VCR/DVD player, LCD &/or overhead projector, and other related training aids.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines.
Abilities
• Ability to travel to all branch locations to deliver training/coaching.
• Professionalism in appearance and attitude is a must.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
