Accounting Assistant
The main responsibilities for the position are:
• Creation of invoices, bills and other financial statements;
• Preparation of bank payment orders, posting of bank transactions into local books and accounting system
• Reconciliation with vendors and clients
• Perform some particular clerical work regarding to cash and financial transactions
• Handle all day to day operation of the accounting department
• To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
The successful candidate should have:
• University Degree in Accounting & Economics;
• Good computer knowledge to deal with computer accounting packages ( “1” C accounting system) or SAP
• Problem solving abilities
• Good spoken and written English, Azeri and Russian languages
