Consultancy company of EU is looking for local candidate for a project in Azerbaijan:

Position: Tax Administration Capacity Building Expert

Minimum require:

• At least a Master's Degree level or equivalent professional experience of 7 years in in one or more of the following fields: Public Finance Management, Tax Administration, Economist
• At least 12 years experience in taxation in a capacity as practitioner, academic and/or consultant
• Excellent knowledge of international tax issues/topics
• Working experiences in developing countries
• Proven experience in tax organizational structure needs assessment
• Working experience in Azerbaijan or CIS countries
• Very good command of English
• Fluent in Azerbayani, Turkish or Russian
