A Shipbuilding Company is looking for Rigger:

Key requirements

At least three (3) years direct working experience in the shipbuilding or offshore industry;
Riggers assemble and install rigging gear such as cables, ropes, pulleys and winches to lift, lower, move or position machinery, structural steel and other heavy objects;

Organize, within the frame of his responsibilities, the work of the rigging crew(s);

To ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of on deck workspaces and machinery work spaces;

To ensure all rigging and lifting arrangements for vessel equipment are certified for use in a suitable condition and properly stored;

Ensure that all rigging operations are performed in a safe manner;

Certificate III in Rigging

Ability to communicate and express information in written or oral form in Azeri and English.
