Junior Social Media Specialist - Graphic designer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or Philology
• Minimum 1-year experience as a Social Media Specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to work under pressure, of planning and arranging the work and high-level team working skills.
• Excellent writing skill in English, Russian and Azerbaijani.
• Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of all relevant social reputation utilities, social media best practices, and a desire to research and explore new offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Handling Social media conversations on Facebook, Instagram.
• Fully manage community interactions: monitor conversations, respond to reviews and comments and generate conversation.
• Create, curate and manage all published content (images, video and written)
• Hands-on Content Management System experience.
• To use sales information on the internet
• Develop a content calendar and topic framework providing frequent content updates through the appropriate social channels.
• Report goal status to management on a weekly basis.
• Keep face with PPC, social media, search engine and internet marketing industry trends and development.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (KPI and ROI)

Working conditions:

- 5/7 day
- Full-time (10:00 -19:00)
- Salary 500 - 600 AZN
