Job Title: General English Teacher

CELC English Academy is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, dedicated English Language Teachers, who are committed to developing students to their full potential in a supportive, caring environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Follow the teaching programme of school;
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the students' varying needs, interests, and developmental levels;
- Prepare materials for a lesson;
- Help and support students;
- Promote positive character development in all students;
- Organize and promote interest in language learning.

Education/Experience/Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Certifications (IELTS, TOEFL etc) and credentials related to the English language teaching are highly preferred;
- Work-related skill, knowledge, or teaching experience are highly preferable;
- Interest in the field of education and students’ development;
- Effective communication skills for both the students and staff community;
- Must be knowledgeable and skilled in teaching;
- Must have be interested in teaching and instructing young learners;
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Must be responsible, reliable and punctual;
- Ability to work rapidly and accurately;
- Is on time, punctual to meetings, knows how to manage a schedule, is organized.

Language Skills:

- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Azerbaijani and English;
- Russian language skills are preferable;

Computer Skills:

- Regular use of desktop/laptop computer and software
- Presentation/PowerPoint, Spreadsheet, Word Processing.
