Talent Management Supervisor
• Develop and maintain a qualified pool of talents to guarantee filling vacancies on time
• Screen job applications & CVs and interview candidates
• Explore new recruitment trends and interviewing & assessment tools to enhance recruitment process
• Develop analytical recruitment reports
• Monitor the performance of recruitment team members
• Coordinate with line managers to forecast future hiring needs and create manpower plans
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
• Recommend ways to improve and promote employer brand
• Manage the company’s job fairs and career events
• Respond to written and verbal recruitment requests from all internal departments
• Develop and monitor job postings quality on all the company’s recruitment channels
• Conduct exit interviews with all resigned employees to highlight the reason of leaving
• Assist in updating organizational chart and job descriptions
• Responsible for new hires on boarding and employee induction
Training & Development:
• Conduct training needs assessment
• Manage & Implement training plans
• Monitor training costs and evaluate the training program effectiveness
• Develop the training procedures and Training Manual
• Prepare reports measuring training's result
Job Requirements
• 4+ years of comprehensive experience in human resources ,Recruitment, management, organizational development and process engineering
• Practice of HR integrated systems is a Plus
• Practice of quality management systems (ISO 9001 standards) is a Plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• People oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Reliable; Ethical
• Excellent written and spoken language skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• Good in MS office
