Established in 2011 ATL Consulting is a marketing consulting company offering 360-degree marketing consulting services both for the ATL Group portfolio companies and for the external clients. Although the companies which we’re serving are from diverse industries we have a strong affinity to IT, digital and startups. Currently, we are looking for a “Business Development Specialist” who will lead our digital & SMM direction.

What you will do

• Research, identify, and prospect for new B2B leads;
• Contact, meet with customers to understand their needs and present the right solution;
• Be the first point of contact for new customers looking to learn about our marketing consulting services;
• Follow-up via phone and email on leads from the web, events, email or digital campaigns;
• Fill all the needed sales information in the CRM and prepare on-demand sales reports.

What you are expected to bring

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or any business-related field;
• Minimum 1-year sales, advertising, or marketing experience;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to build strong customer relationships;
• A self-starter personality with good time management skills;
• Good English and Russian language skills on top of the excellent command in Azerbaijani.
