Vacancy: Automation Engineer
Work Location: Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Mounting/connection/service of control cabinets
• Laying of cables on engineering flow diagrams
• Installation and adjustment of industrial control devices
• Removal of failures and repair of electric/ electronic equipment
• Setup of programmed logic controllers (PLC), network/computer equipment.
• Execution of all preventive procedures in accordance with maintenance schedule and improvement of technical support system;
• Execution of instrument calibration and updating of calibration database;
• Coordination of system checks with engineers of technical maintenance.
• Work with SAP system as Maintenance module operator.
• Increase of line speed and reliability of electric /automatic control process system of equipment.
Required skills and work experience:
• More than 3 years’ experience.
• Experience on work with automatic control process system;
• Experience in technical maintenance of process equipment;
• Knowledge of principles of work of automatic process systems and engine control systems, including knowledge of equipment 400VAC, 230VAC and 24VDC;
• Experience of work with electric diagrams and drawings, understanding of P&ID diagrams;
• Experience of work with systems of frequency regulation (invertors and frequency shifters);
• Experience of work with industrial controllers of Siemens 300, 200 series;
• Experience of work with field devices (measurement of temperature, pressure, vacuum, speed, position);
• Understanding of principles of construction and functioning of industrial data network (Modbus over Ethernet, Profibus, AS-I);
• Skills on operating of SCADA control system
• Relevant experience permit on electric safety -3 category
