Vacancy: Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• - Answering phone calls and e-mails;
• - Receive and register incoming and outgoing documents;
• - Preparation of documents and reports on behalf of management;
• - Prepare a work plan in accordance with the work schedule of the manager (meetings, calls, meetings, receptions, etc.);
• - Be able to organize the plan for the implementation of tasks, make decisions and notify them directly to the executor;
• - To answer questions about the service accurately and completely;
• - To do the necessary work related to the company's activities;
• - Timely and correctly perform the tasks given by the management.
Requirements:
• Higher education;
• Female candidate;
• Minimum 1 year receptionist experience is preferred;
• Proficiency in English, Azerbaijani, Russian is a must;
• Customer oriented, results-focused and possess good communication skills;
• Computer literate - knowledge of MS Word, MS. Excel, MS. Outlook is a must.
Working schedule:
• Working days: Monday – Friday
• Lunch time: 13:00 -14:00
• Salary AZN 300
