Position: Transport Reporting Officer

Location of work: AAS-ATE Site
Report to: Director

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Monthly report with analytical statistics for each type of waste in cub meters, split by major projects & locations
and clarify how long it takes for each truck in hours during the month for transportation;
• Reporting of all incoming and outgoing waste volume, type, destination, originator of waste, transporter and etc. details on monthly base
• Trucks certification control ( ATR – proof load certs, MES – hazardous waste transportation )
• Getting Sangachal Terminal entry access for AAS-ATE employees and trucks
• Responsible for preparing service request forms
• Responsible for issuing of material requisition form for tools, equipment’s, etc. and cooperation with the warehouseman;
• Issuing service request form for machinery maintenance for the equipment, devices & etc. to technical department;
• Daily incoming / outgoing waste registration and preparing monthly report for all our clients;
• Processing of waste transfer notes for incoming waste
• Processing filling of waste transfer notes for incoming & outgoing waste;
• Processing and development of daily attendance sheet, ordering of lunch;
• Preparation of Sunday/holiday overtime approval forms;
• Preparation of duty team schedule for transport staff
• Daily and monthly leave balance, absence and sick leave reports to HR department
• Daily trips report
• Receiving transport requests from clients
• Coordinating of drivers as per daily requests from clients
• Issuing of delivery note for outgoing equipment from AAS-ATE site
• Cash payment requests
• Site employees overtime hours control
• Responsible for preparing diesel consumption report;
• Processing of registering & sending blue copies of incoming WTN’s to waste originators with required signatures and stamps;
• Other relevant reports to Director
• Providing & approving monthly stationary and consumable report for site to the procurement department;
• Any other duties which may be reasonably required

Safety Responsibilities:

• Employee shall work in accordance with the company HSE Policies (no accidents, no harm to people, no damage to the environment)
• Employee shall follow the BP Golden Rules of Safety and AAS-ATE Safety procedures
• Employee shall follow AAS-ATE working procedures, including use of proper PPE
• Employee shall stop work immediately where they identify any unsafe situation and report the situation to their Supervisor
• Employee shall report any incidents to their line Manager or Operations Manager immediately

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience preferred
• English language knowledge is preference
• Strong organizational and clerical skills
• Experience with database and computer applications
