Office manager 

Responsibilities

• communicate with customers, professional organizations, and suppliers in order to get information on the industry’s trends;
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents;
• Conduct market research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents;
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers;
• Work with supply chain manager and buyers to source the right products.

Requirements

• Higher education;
• At least 5 years experience in Economics, Logistics, Supply chain;
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office;
• Full proficiency in Azeri, English, Russian.

• Location: Sumqayıt;
• 5-day work week (09:00-18:00);
• Lunch/transport;
• Labor relations as per AR Labor Code;
• Salary 1000-1500 AZN
