Telecommunication company is looking for IT Database Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities
• Respond to the requests by email, official document or phone;
• Provides technical support, database creation, adjustment, management, improvement, and regular backups;
• Establishes and operates the new Database;
• Participates in the planning and launching of the current and future IT Database projects;
• Organizes and implements simulation and testing of new IT projects and solutions in laboratories;
• Provides database security;
• Participates in software upgrades, planning and execution of any IT database activities.
Basic qualifications and requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, in IT;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT Database;
• IT database certificates (OCA, MCSA SQL Server, MySQL Database Administrator);
• General knowledge of configuration, management and storage engine of MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB or other databases;
• Knowledge of clustering, replication, modeling and design of the database;
• Experience in Data dictionary, SQL programming, database testing;
• Experience in writing, analyzing SQL and NoSQL queries with database, troubleshooting problems;
• Database Design and Backup: Backup and Recovery Concepts.
