Position: Chief Commercial Officer (CFO)

Primary objective of position

- To maximize revenue and client satisfaction in accordance with the business plan.
- CCO duties and responsibilities of the job
- As part of an executive management team, the CCO will interact with various members of the Company and its shareholders. A  CCO job description includes:
- Development of marketing strategy, marketing and sales plan;
- Forming marketing and sales team in Azerbaijan and other operating countries, control execution of sales plans;
- Organization searching for potential clients and projects;
- Attraction new clients and projects in operating countries;
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO, shareholders, and executive management team on development of new business lines;
- Organization development of new products and services for target groups;
- Organization promotion of product and services;
- Organization all marketing and sales activities;
- Organization of export of goods and services;
- Organization customer services;
- Organization activity of Call Center;
- Establishment and implementation of CRM system;
- Organization cooperation with international vendors;
- Other tasks related to commercial activity

CFO job qualifications and requirements

The role of CCO is very senior; hence a high level of experience is expected for anyone applying for this role. At least 5 years' experience in the CCO or Marketing or Sales manager position and managing a team is a must – with examples of when they have demonstrated excellence in the workplace.

 BA/MA in business administration or relevant field; MBA is a plus;
 Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages;
 Experience in IT or technology business is a plus;
 Strong marketing and sales background, including knowledge on IT business;
 Excellent knowledge of market analysis, customer needs and competition;
 An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.

 Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential;
 Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses;
 High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation;
 Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.

Additional

 Job trips: readiness to job trips to the Russia, Belorussia, Turkey, France and other countries;
 5-day work week;
 Labor relations as per AR Labor Code;
 Salary depends on a candidate’s qualifications.
