Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Assurance Programme to assure conformance of the work performed the contract requirements.
• Responsible for the compilation of the Quality Control Inspection Procedures pertinent to the project as established by the contract drawings and specifications, client requirement and the Company Quality Control Policies and procedures.
• Assist and provide input to project management concerning the welders and fitters proficiency qualifications and number of inspection personnel requirements.
• Responsible for and approve the Final Acceptance Inspection reports.
• Establish the extent and scope of quality control inspections to be carried out within sub-contractors/Suppliers premises.

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Minimum 3 years in Oil and Gas Industry as well as on fabrication/welding/material joining
• Ability to understand the key elements of drawings
• General administration skills
• Computer literacy/ MS Office
• Experience of working in a technically orientated environment Person Specification
• Personable, articulate and self-confident with excellent relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Any university degree is applicable
• ISO 9001-2015 certified is preferred
