Project Coordinator - Intern
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meeting
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Determining project changes
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Provide project reports for management and clients
Requirements:
- Last year student or recent graduate of university ( preferable ADA university )
- Age: 20 – 27
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using MS Office ( MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint )
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
- High communication skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
