LEGAL INTERNSHIP

Company: NOTEM is a law firm that provides specialized assistance and legal consultancy services to local and foreign clients since 2013. We are committed to providing quality legal services at a reasonable price.

Major duties:

• Conducting basic legal research and providing analysis on various legal issues.
• Drafting and reviewing various contracts.
• Analyzing documents to identify legal issues, evaluate applicable laws and regulations.
• Assisting with collecting legal documents, data and information.
• Provide support to the team in implementing legal projects/contracts.
• Prepare legal insights.

Essential requirements:

• Education – Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Law.
• Experience – Not required.
• Language – Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian; in addition at least intermediate level of English.
• Technical & Personal Skills:
o Working knowledge of MS Office software.
o Research and communication skills.
o A strong team player with a curious and proactive approach.

Working conditions:

• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00am – 5:00pm, 5 days a week on working days.
