Accountant
Requirements:
- Accountant or Senior Accountant experience not less than 3 yrs
- ACCA F1-F3 passed
- Experience in VAT and WHT tax reporting (with former medium or large employers, international companies)
- Fluent English & Azeri
- Experience in SAP ERP solution
- Preferable industry: oil & gas, construction
Responsibilities:
To report to the Finance Manager of the Branch;
Coordinating with the outsource accounting company of the Branch;
Coordination with the Head Office Finance Department when needed;
To support Finance Manager of the Branch;
To enter related data to SAP database: Updating the Invoices Register on a regular basis etc.;
Preparing payroll on a monthly basis (including calculation of vacations, sick leaves, overtimes, etc.);
To assist in preparation and supervision of payments of Income taxes;
Reporting the profit tax payment on a quarterly and yearly basis;
Preparation and assisting in preparation of all kinds of tax reports;
Report to the State Social Protection Fund on quarterly and yearly basis;
Report to the Statistics Committee on quarterly and yearly basis;
To prepare disbursements reports on a weekly basis;
To prepare receipts reports on a weekly basis;
To prepare cash flow forecast report on a weekly basis;
To prepare petty cash reports on monthly basis;
To prepare weekly and monthly bank statements;
To comply with Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies.
