HSE Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements all necessary policies, procedures and regulations related to Health, Safety and Environment;
• Conducts regular audits on HSE for the company;
• Prepares and gives training to all employees on HSE matters;
• Reports regularly to the Director;
• Prepares annual budget for all HSE related investments;
• Acts as interface to official governmental institutions and representatives for his area
• Regular control of internal security service, improvement of existing systems

Essential criteria

• Minimum of 3years experience in HSE field
• Well knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.

Desirable criteria

• Excellent communications and relationship building skills
• Strong problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to self-management as person
• Advanced user in MS Office suite
