“Bona Dea İnternational Hospital” is looking for a patient advisor.

Job Brief

Patient advisor are responsible for greeting and registering the patient and providing information about doctors. Primary responsibilities include: registering patient, making and modifying reservations. Providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all patients.

Key Functions

- Always greet patient in a friendly and professional manner according to Hospital standards
- Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of patients
- Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner
- Make reservations over the phone and in person
- Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift and ensuring it balances correctly at the end of shift
- Performs any additional tasks which are assigned by management

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Patient advisor (at least 9 month)
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
- High communication skills.
- Flexible to work with all shifts
- Knowledge of HİS (Hospital İnformation System) is advantage.
