General Warehouse Coordinator

Key accountabilities:

• Follow-up stock of all materials that entering to and exiting from the warehouse, including raw materials, semi-finished products and finished goods
• Create an order request through the ERP system and keep a record of the purchases
• Carry out periodic inventory counting and controlling stock movements
• To be responsible for the arrangement of the products in the warehouse
• Unloading the vehicles coming to the warehouse and loading of vehicles leaving the warehouse
• To follow up the stock controls of the products in the warehouse
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
• Reporting necessary internal reports to senior management

Required qualifications:

• At least 3 years of warehouse / forwarding and warehouse management experience
• To have good knowledge of Office programs and advanced reporting skills
• To have strong oral and written communication skills and can manage their own team.
• Dynamic, able to adapt to the intensive work tempo
• Able to work in shifts
