Position: Cost controller/Inside Sales
Job description:
• To prepare sales documentation as per current legislation and international accounting standards
• To calculate, monitor, control and forecast financial indices
• To plan project budget and calculate costs
• To participate in preparation of annual sales and procurement planning
• To analyze purchasing offer and implement pricing and discuss with management and reporting
• To register quotes and escalate to respecting procurement team member
• To choose vendor list based on quotes of procurement team
• To organize, hold and participate in related negotiations
• To control performance of contractual terms
• To follow up delivery of customers’ orders and remove any originated incompliance
• Responsible for the processes as well as administrative and operations functions
• Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers
• Support business development efforts directly and indirectly
• Cultivate and grow customer base
• Follow up on all offers submitted and increase order booking
• Support efforts to exceed sales goals, increase market share and improve customer satisfaction
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 years Sales Experience
• Procurement and/or production knowledge preferred
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office -Excel and Word)
• Positive and assertive attitude
• Detail-oriented, organized and analytical
• Outgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, with excellent customer service skills, willing to receive direction
• Oral and written communication skills, both internal and external of Azerbaijani & English (Russian is preferable)
• Relationship-building abilities with both customers and co-workers
• Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Track record of over-achieving quota
