We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Company: Nextsale is a Conversion Optimisation Platform that provides Social Proof & Urgency tools for eCommerce websites.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Convert fans into customers through social media, blog, communities and etc.

Key Requirements:

- Prior experience in content/media marketing, content growth, and SEO
- Working knowledge of search engine/ social media optimization practices
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Familiarization Google analytics and other required tools for SMM and SEO
- Experience with website optimization tools
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
