Azerbaijan Tourism Board (ATB) is Azerbaijan’s national tourism organization. Our core tasks include the management of the "Holiday in Azerbaijan" brand, innovative marketing in the most internationally promising markets and the transfer of our knowledge of guests and markets to the domestic tourism industry. In this way we make an important contribution to the competitiveness of the holiday destination Azerbaijan.

HR Development Manager is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department of HR department goals, objectives, and systems

Human resource manager should have excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing and revising the organization’ s HR development program
• Creating and revising job descriptions
• Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
• Maintaining and revising the organization’s HR handbook on policies and procedures
• Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in an HR development.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills;
• Excellent Azerbaijani and English verbal communication and written skills.
• Bachelor’s and/or master's degrees in human resources in one of the below:
• Human resources
• Organizational behaviour
• Management and leadership
• Human Capital Development
