We need candidates with past experience with Big 4, Big 10, large corporate banks, investment and consulting firms.

Requirements for Consultant position:

• A background in financial advisory, consulting, investment management, corporate finance and similar professinal services;
• Technical knowledge of financial markets;
• Knowledge of the local financial regulatory environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills;
• Knowledge of Financial modelling;
• Excellent project management experience;
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Industry research for both deal origination and transaction analysis;
• Liaising with clients as and when appropriate;
• Assisting with day to day management of transactions which includes preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis and taking responsibility for preparation of information and client communications;
• Contribution to marketing and business development opportunities;
• Contributing to broader group and company initiatives;
• Actively pursuing self-learning, on the job training and knowledge from other team members;
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues;
• Occasional travel mobility.

Requirements for Manager position. Consultant requierement plus the following:

• Ability to develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges;
• Assist in the management and delivering of large projects;
• Strong understanding and experience of the project lifecycle;
• Experience managing small engagements and teams with 1-3 individuals;
• Train, coach, and supervise staff

Requirements for Senior Manager position. Manager requierement plus the following:

• Understanding and discussing client needs in order to maximize benefit for the client and the Company;
• Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to the company CEO;
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients;
• Excellent relationship / stakeholder management skills;
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen;
