Job Overview

An Indian fire safety manufacturing company with a clear objective to accomplish business development goals in Azerbaijan. Drive initiatives to identify new opportunities, develop the company’s business, develop client base, and work with management and other stakeholders in order to establish the new market with strong marketing and selling of company’s products in the territory of Azerbaijan and nearby CIS countries.

Require Skills & Experience

• Should be an Engineer, fluency in English in written & verbal.
• Must have 5 - 7 years of experience of selling preferably Fire fighting equipment & systems to Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Companies includes SOCAR, BP, Ports, Electricity Board of AZ.
• Must be well versed of norms & regulations of Ministry of Emergency of AZ.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify marketing opportunities by identifying potential customers, their requirements; product-fit based on requirements; study pricing trend and provide feedback, develop product positioning.
• Defining market size, competitor's share, and competitor's products, their strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing market for Company’s products.
• Develop and sustain rapport with key client prospects by making periodic visits and follow-ups; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
• Promote the vision and brand of the company by acting as a strong face of the Company in Azerbaijan market and
• Work with the Company’s head office in India to cater to all the requirements of the clients in AZ as regards product specs, pricing, negotiation etc.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Location – Azerbaijanwith intermittent travel to nearby territories like Kazakhstan.
