Overview

Kuryerim is a delivery management company. We are on a mission to provide everybody in the city with a quality delivery service. We have spent more than two years building an IT platform and mobile applications for businesses, couriers and end users to effectively manage the delivery process from end-to-end.

Currently we are at the phase when the platform proved itself and we need to expand. We are seeking a Sales Manager who can make Kuryerim a market leader by expanding its customer base and building modern sales team and processes.

We need a Sales Manager who knows what he/she is doing.

Goals

We are goal oriented and data driven company that measures its results by collecting objective data. We manage and report our daily work and progress in online management systems. Our Sales Manager is expected to actively use company systems in his/her daily work and contribute to a common knowledge base.
You will be managing our initially small sales team and actively participating in a sales process yourself by trying to sign new customers to use our delivery platform and services for their logistics needs.
You are expected to have systematic approach to achieving company’s objectives and goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads via phone and email
• Promote our services to new and existing customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers
• Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Align sales’ objectives with company’s objectives
• Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
• Work with the senior management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
• Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, trends, applications and competition
• Develop, maintain and execute sales plan
• Ensure accurate reporting on lead generation and sales efforts, including pulling data and metrics to provide detailed information about pipeline status.

Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Azeri, Russian and English languages are a must.
