Group Financial Controller

Requirements:

- Budgeting, reporting, audit experience
- Overall experience 10+ years, financial controller experience 3-5 years
- Industrial experience is essential
- CIMA qualification is desirable

Responsibilities:

- coordinate daily work of accounting team
- coordinate daily word of controlling team
- facilitate monthly/annual closing of accounting books and Trial Balance
- Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance, provide IFRS interpretation and prepare technical memorandums that document issues in a clear, logical and comprehensive manner
- Monthly Balance Sheet review
- weekly review of payable and receivable balances
- control over construction and fit out costs
- organization of asset tagging and control over semiannual FA observations
- stock control in stored and DC
- cost control of merchandise items
- extra costs calculation for imported products
- Participate in other projects as required
