Shamakhi Palace & Sharadil/PMD Hospitality Group is looking for Reservations Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to all Room Reservation, Rate Offering and Hotel Information inquiries promptly and professionally via telephone or E-mail
• Providing engaging Guest Service that follows departmental and brand standards.
• Reserving hotel accommodations for guests in the Leisure, Business Travel, Convention/Association, Corporate Meetings and   Wholesale (FIT & IMM) market segments
• Reviewing and update reservations interfacing between the CRS and PMS
• Ensuring reservation confirmations are issued promptly and accurately
• To monitor and track special promotions and communicate information to various operational departments
• Ensure all reservation colleague concerns are addressed on a timely manner.
• Ensure all Reservation Agents are well trained and informed of all rates, promotions and corporate programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Knowledge of Azerbaijni, English and Russian.
 Knowledge of Opera PMS is a must.

 Positive attitude and good communication skills.
 Prior experience in similar role
