Minimum Requirements:

1) Qualified or licensed Teacher with International School experience
2) Understanding of the Attestat requirements and Azerbaijani regulations
3) Minimum 5 years classroom/teaching experience
4) Growth mindset
5) Understanding of child safeguarding obligations
6) Minimum 6.5 scores in IELTS or equivalent language certificate
7) Supports and promotes the ABC ethos of child-centered education without compromising academic performance.
