Position title: Operations Clerk

Location: Garadagh district, 17 Salyan highway, Baku, Azerbaijan

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of QC documents as required and preparation for pre-load out checks, upload documents to ETM in timely manner with accuracy
• Liaise with workshop supervisor regarding Equipment Certification and Quality issues
• Physically understand the tools and equipment
• Be available 24/7 as per operations requirements.
• To raise Purchase Orders when necessary with authorisation from Line Manager/Supervisor
• Identify & implement safety related process improvements
• Fulfill any additional tasks and duties that can be assigned by the Line Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 5 years of Oil and Gas Industry experience.
• Strong understanding of Quality Practices.
• Strong computer skills with literacy in Word for Windows, Excel and Power Point.
• Sound business and report writing skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation matched with an ability to solve operational problems creatively.
• Effective time management, organizational and self-discipline skills.
• Pro-active, “can do” attitude and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
