Vision Academy hires talanted English Teachers.
Vision Academy is a training center providing various programs for students, graduates and adults. The Center was established in 2009 and provided limited variety of training courses, particularly professional teaching of English and Russian. Vision Academy has professionally developed in short period of time and currently it is providing quite wide range of services including, TEFL, TOEFL, IELTS, YOS, ALES, TYS preparatory courses, teaching of other languages, including Russian, French, German, Arabic, Education abroad services, Master preparatory courses, career projects, etc.
Vision Academy is internationally TEFL and TESOL accredited center in Azerbaijan.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor degree from related faculties
Teaching qualification
Experience and skills to work with groups & individuals;
Flexible and team member
Ready to work in the evenings
*Preference will be given to candidates holding international teaching certificates such as TEFL/TESOL or CELTA
**Preference will be given to Russian speaking trainers
Skills Required:
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in language teaching methodology;
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the team;
Job responsibilities
• High energy level and ability to engage students
• Making teaching plans for the General English Teaching
• Active classroom management.
• Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises
• Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students
• Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records
• Respond to student related issues.
• Partner with our academic adviser staff to ensure the student needs are met.
