Intern for Supply Chain Department

Through sustainable development strategy our company has been expanding its operations internationally operating in more than 150 countries. As Danone Company we are operating in both Azerbaijan and Georgia also and now we are looking for a Intern in Supply Chain department who will be based in Azerbaijan, Baku.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum University Degree preferably from Business Administration/Economics from universities of Georgia or abroad.
• An open-minded, highly-organized, flexible, creative, confident team player with effective time-management and analytical skills
• Analytical mindset with touch of creativity
• Fluent in English, Russian
• Competent user of MS OFFICE software applications

The Role: 

- Documentation of vehicles (preparation of letters of attorney, sending the vehicle and driver information to the related authorities, etc.).
- Verification and archiving the customs documents related to the loaded vehicles, sending them to the broker companies  Checking the availability of cargos' source certificates in the system from the city e-Portal 
- The input of daily information to the import and transport reports and their follow-up
- Verification of official documents from transport and broker companies on invoices, directing them to the Finance department and archiving
- Collecting and sending the QTs (Food Safety) related to the weekly imported goods by the AQTA (Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency)

Answering the sample requests, delivering and documentation of them by carrying out the essential procedures
