Location: Garadagh

Job Description:

The Demand Planner creates and maintains forecast models for their customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts, and other sources.

The main function of the demand planner is to ensure demand fulfillment which encompasses the flow of goods, information and funds from the moment a business receives an order until all requirements for the order are satisfied in full

Key Responsibilities:

- Forecast & plan for expected product/service demand
- Effectively manage inventory min & max stock levels for customers
- Provide input to the supply planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products
- Assist lubricants engineer in providing lubrication charts & schedules for end user equipment & vessels
- Structure and operate an effective distribution network, based on different transportation options - Calculate economic order quantities & decide how frequently to order and what size the order will be to minimize inventory costs
- Monitor product fill rate: proportion of demand satisfied from inventory
- Monitor order fill rate: proportion of orders satisfied from inventory - Monitor cycle service level: fraction of replenishment cycles that end with all demand being met
- Ensure product availability to avoid loss sales
- Planning inventory to avoid overstocks - Consistently document sales opportunities, and coordinate required sales activities between regional sales and management.

Qualifications

- Must possess a BS Degree in Business Administration - Knowledge in Hydraulics sphere is advantage - Strong negotiating, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Capable of conducting technical and sales presentations to key end users and/or distributors - An awareness of End User specifications and expectations for inventory stocking and project management transactions - Necessary time management skills to handle a consistently high level of sales activity

Salary: 1500 AZN Net
