Maintenance Team Leader (Real Estate)

Key accountabilities:

• Maintenance staff control;
• Stock Management;
• Energy control and conservation measures;
• Control of PPM, routine tests and troubleshooting;
• Mechanical (HVAC, VRV, Domestic water, Fire Fighting and Natural gas systems);
• Electrical (Distribution Panelboards and Switchgear, MV System, BMS, CCTV and Access Control Systems, Emergency Power and Lighting Systems, Telephone & Data System).

Required skills/experience:

• Degree in civil or MEP engineering is a must;
• Proven experience in a similar role;
• Leadership, planning & organizational skills required;
• Must have excellent problem solving skills;
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
