We are looking for а Junior Brand Manager in Azerbaijan with duty station in Baku.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Support to develop and implement effective brand-building strategies relevant to local market
• Meet marketing objectives, help execute plans and report on activation campaign results
• Deliver the brand and business KPIs
• Coordinate business with outside BTL/Digital local agencies
• Coordinate the various activities required to execute the plan in cooperation with Bottlers’ org
• Prepare Monthly base reports on brand performance and sales
• Lead monthly base Joint Store check process
• Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs
• Ensure Budget compliance via quarterly Claim tracking process

What Skills and Experience Do I Need to Demonstrate?

Knowledge & experience

 University degree in Business administration or marketing
 Minimum 1 year + hands on experience in marketing with major international FMCG companies, preferably Food & Beverage
 Trade marketing experience will be an advantage
 Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
 Proficient user of MS office package

 Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving and changing environment
