Competency Requirements:

 Should have at least 3 years work experience in any discipline in storekeeping practices, procedures and material handling
 Knowledge of the grades, terminology and uses of the supplies and materials handled in the assigned stores facility.
 Good in inventory management and document control while ensuring Traceability
 Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
 Good communication skills written and oral  
 Computer literate, familiar with word, excel etc.
 Knowledge of machine-shop terminology and tooling preferred
 SAP / SAGE experience is advantageous
 Intermediate /Upper Intermediate English

Key Tasks :

• Receives, examines, requisitions and records materials, supplies, tools and equipment.
• To input and track data and to maintain computerized inventory control records.
• Directs and participates in the issuing of materials, tools and equipment requisitioned by' various departments.
• Initiates requisitions to replenish stock on the basis of material on hand in relation to departmental uses.
• Cleans the storeroom and other assigned areas.
• Reviews inventory, records and departmental uses of supplies in order to prevent over stocking of materials with a low turnover rate.
