Member relations and communications Officer at non - governmental  organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management and administration of the membership database
 Day to date administration of new and renewing members
 Produce and send new membership and renewal packs
• Management of membership payments and renewals
 Prepare and send out invoices
 Liaise with accounts to monitor outstanding renewal payments
• Handling general membership enquiries and responding as appropriate in a proactive manner
• Maintenance of member records and correspondence
• Maintain monthly records for membership database
 Update member correspondence as required                                        
 Produce monthly reports
• Assist with member events
• Attend and take minutes of the meeting
• Develop and maintain relationships with business community and governmental officials
• Manage Marketing and PR campaigns
 Creation and distribution of newsletters, posts, special event promotions
 Manage and create engaging social media posts and content for website

Skills:

- Fluent in the Azerbaijani, English language, both spoken and written, good knowledge of Russian and French languages will be a plus
- Degree in Public affairs, Sales & Marketing, Business administration and related field
- At least one year of related work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management/work planning
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment

Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite -Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Word Press
