Office Manager

Responsibilities:
- Receive, direct and reply telephone messages and fax messages
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Type confidential documents on a word processing system using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
- Managing filing systems; organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
- Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices;
Requirements:
- Citizenship of Azerbaijan Republic
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree
- Female
- Age 22-35
Required Qualifications: Fluent in Azerbaijan, Russian and English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills knowledge(including Word & Excel) Presentable looks Hardworking

Full-time (10:00 -19:00)
