Main responsibilities and functions
• Active participation in pre design and architectural works
• Discussion and agreement with all respective and responsible departments the structure of Branches, internal planning based on staffing of new branch and all other technical issues and details
• Architectural project preparation (interior, exterior) and active participation in all related activities.
• Adaptation of the general design concept on the real premises and preparation of appropriate drawings with all relevant details
• Negotiation with related parties (IT, Security, Heating and cooling systems, Marketing, Qmatic etc) and incorporation in to the drawings details related with all parties
• Active participation in negotiation with governmental structures for acquiring appropriate permits, licenses and other needed documents required by local legislation for branch renovation and architectural project implementation;
• Based on appruves architectural project, calculation of expenss sheets ”Smeta”;
• Particiaption in the process of choosing companies for the project realisation
* Active support to the engineer team in the organization and implementation of construction and repair works
* Active participation in to the work with furniture providers, preparation of special drawings for the manufacturers if needed.
* All other related tasks with the branch renovation process set by the management
