Reception
Key accountabilities:
• Answering clients calls;
• Provide business correspondence ;
• Preparation of documents for obtaining visas to the embassies;
• Preparation of staffing and employee attendance;
• Translation of the texts from English into Russian and Azerbaijani;
• Execution of orders from the HR Director;
Required skills/experience:
• Good customer service skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel and customers at all levels
• Strong work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to handle administrative details, and routine day-to-day issues independently, assuming responsibility without direct supervision
• Fluency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working days: 09:00: – 18:00, 10:00 – 17:00 (5 saturday).
