Summary/Objective
The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with other members of the People Operations team supporting the overall mission of the organization.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for effective recruitment processes both internally and externally, in all group companies
● Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall
● Coordinate with recruitment channels and agencies if needed
● Support effective implementation of Development process in the company
● Support in carrying out of Performance Management process in related departments
● Support in structural and organisational changes – workforce planning, preparation of job descriptions
● Enhance Employer Branding by providing new approach
● Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in business administration, HR Management
- Minimum of 2 years’ of relevant experience as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work in a fast paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience of managing multiple projects/programs of work at any one time
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Employment Law
- Experience in international/start-up company
- HR qualification is a plus
