Position: Head of Logistic

Job Purpose 

Sandoz is looking for Head of Logistic role for development, establishment and management of Sandoz supply chain processes to ensure business effectiveness.

Main responsibilities:

Supply chain management:

• Ensure optimum stock level of products through the development and implementation of long-term supply chain plan, coordination & cooperation with the other company departments.
• Establish partnership & effective relationship with customers, suggest optimal conditions for delivery, negotiate agreements between Sandoz and distributors, monitor & analyze stock and sales level.
• Provide support to fasten new launches at the market.
• Manage and coordinate timely receipt/ renewal of license and quality certificates.
• Monitor stock level financial indicators to minimize the write-offs.
• Increase the effectiveness of business processes by cooperation with external customers and all company departments.
• Department costs budgeting and its utilization control, provision of timely analytics and reporting to the financial department.

Requirements:

• Higher education, business administration would be an advantage
• Over 5 years’ experience at sales / sales management / logistics
• Good understanding of supply chain management
• Excellent finance acumen and analytics
• Strong communication and time management skills, ability to multitask and perform in fast-paced environment
• Experienced PC user
• Upper-intermediate level of English
