Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Possesses project management experience with ability to consistently meet critical deadlines.
• Working knowledge of designing for a wide range of digital platforms.
• Superior knowledge with respect to design software programs including, but not limited to: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of typography principles how to use them effectively.
• Strong knowledge of design fundamentals including typography, GIF animations, videos, layout, and web specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, and consistently demonstrate initiative and creativity in daily tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously within guidelines and expectations.
• Ability to think conceptually and creatively while generating concrete results from abstract ideas.
• Working knowledge of photography and photographic principles.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently provide a high-level of customer support, focusing on satisfaction as the end result.
• A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment, while demonstrating leadership within the realm of design.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, graphic arts, multimedia, design or a related field.
• A minimum of three (2) years of experience working professionally in design, illustration, and publication layout and production, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Portfolio of previous projects and work products produced (link included in application)
