Lawyer (Male)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal analyses on a range of issues relating to commercial (business) law, identify legal issues, research relevant procedures, and propose appropriate practical solutions
• Review client documents for adherence to legal policies and procedures
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize legal documents on various matters or practice areas

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in law is must
• Master’s degree in law is an asset.
• Preferably 3-5 years of law firm experience or alternatively 5-7 years of in-house (corporate) experience in a company with diverse set of activities

• Excellent demonstrated analytical skills; able to spot legal issues and risks in a given transaction
• Ability and maturity to make independent judgment
• Ability to do comprehensive legal research independently or with minimal supervision

• Fluency in Azerbaijani Russian and English (both written and spoken);

Salary: 2000-2500 AZN Net (depending on candidate)
