We are looking for  skilled  Sales Assistants  for our M&Co store which is operated by “Optimal Elektronika”  LLC in Azerbaijan.

Vacancy:  Sales Assistant (Fashion)

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and/or Russian languages is a must;
• Proven successful experience as a sales assistant is advantage;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Main responsibilties:

• Welcome, smile and approach customers displaying a cordial attitude and a willingness to serve;
• Possess good product knowledge in order to be able to advise the customer in an optimal and precise manner;
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
• Accurately describe product features and benefits;
• Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by your manager;
• Ensure standards on the shop floor are maintained in line with company guidelines;
