IT PROJECTS SPECIAILST
PMD Projects LLC is a well-established project management and development company, which operates in civil construction industry, both in Baku and in the regions of Azerbaijan. Due to business expansion, we are actively recruiting for a number of positions across engineering, construction and IT disciplines. Currently, we are looking for an experienced IT Projects Specialist to support our ongoing IT projects. Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing monthly management reports;
- Managing project budget;
- Coordinating overall status of IT projects and report on their status;
- Creating project schedules, financial models and business plans;
- Agreeing costs, timescales, standards, and monitoring progress throughout the project;
- Keeping management and project team up to date on the progress;
- Evaluation of each stage upon project completion.
ESSENTIAL HIRING CRITERIA:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline;
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English;
- Excellent knowledge of IT process for management projects;
- Strong command of project coordination principles, procedures and best practices;
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal;
- Must be ready to work in the regions.
